How to choose your toothbrush
It's important to always use a soft toothbrush to avoid damaging your gums and teeth.
A toothbrush with a smaller head will enable you to reach hard-to-reach areas.
An electric toothbrush is not indispensable. However, if you can't achieve optimal brushing with a conventional toothbrush, it's worth considering an electric toothbrush. Ask your dentist!
For children, use toothbrushes that are age-appropriate, colorful and fun, so they enjoy brushing.
In addition to your toothbrush, it's important to use dental floss or interdental brushes to clean all surfaces of your teeth. Without them, your brushing is incomplete, and the risk of developing oral disease is ever present.
